About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Revise and collate all job descriptions for current and future roles
2. Assist with referencing/documentation for performance management process, org chart, HR policies, employer branding initiatives
3. Handle any other process improvement initiatives
4. Update HRMS with new employee information, leave details etc.
5. Help prepare data/documents for annual returns for labour law compliance
6. Support in hiring requirements if any
7. Help plan employee engagement initiatives as required
8. Provide documentation and implementation support to the HR team on multiple projects
