Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the profile assessment (screening the candidates)
2. Speaking to the shortlisted candidates for further assessments
3. Finalizing shortlist of candidates and profile presentation to clients
4. Coordinating with candidates till the time they join the client's company
5. Coordinating with clients for the profiles shared
6. Aligning the candidates for interviews
7. Handling the feedback and follow-ups
8. Connecting with senior managers in the industry to understand if their organization is hiring
9. Researching the companies who are hiring
10. Sourcing the candidates from various channels
11. Connecting with 20-30 candidates on a daily basis
12. Tracking and reporting of activities

We are also considering students who have recruitment experience.
We work with clients who are predominantly from Technology start-ups from product based companies, candidates from Technical background will help (Engineering, Computer science)
