Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking follow-ups from the head interns and other interns regarding their work and updating the same in our documents
2. Coordinating with the senior management, stakeholders and interns and participating in meetings whenever required
3. Working on drafting the HR policies and helping us develop a better HR management system
4. Reviewing and helping us assess the interns on their performance with the company
5. Giving regular updates to the board and the senior management pertaining to the performance of the interns
6. Taking interviews and recruiting candidates whenever necessary
7. Taking charge of the whole human resources department and performing the work as necessary
8. Working on designing a performance management system for the company
9. Introducing recognition program for existing interns
