Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding Volgrow's mission & scope of work
2. Delivering assigned tasks of designing/duplicating tools & template, writing reports, working with diverse companies on their HR systems, processes & policies like - organization structure, employee engagement, and performance management
3. Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
4. Researching on HR & People Management topics and making the presentation
5. Writing content on HR topics
6. Analyzing data to provide insights
7. Preparing/customizing proposals for prospects
8. Understanding & capturing the client's needs
