About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the HR manager and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of the new employee
2. Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents
3. Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings
4. Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
5. Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process like scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and finally bringing in talent onboard
6. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
