About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and creating employee profiles.
3. Help with employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
4. Aid in performance management tasks, such as tracking employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
5. Assist in HR analytics by compiling and analyzing data related to employee demographics, turnover rates, and training programs.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and policy updates.
7. Provide general administrative support, such as organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with HR events and activities.
