We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Human Resources Officer / Assistant at our Digital Skills Academy Division.
As a key member of our Agency, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to our skill programs, fees, exam modules, training schedules, examinations, and resolving customer grievances.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to efficiently handle customer interactions via phone calls and emails.
1. Provide accurate information about skill programs, fees, exam modules, and training schedules
2. Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
3. Communicate details about skill programs, including eligibility criteria, course content, and examination procedures
4. Provide information on fees, payment options, and any other relevant details
5. Work on query resolution investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
6. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information necessary for query resolution
7. Handle customer grievances with patience and diligence
8. Document and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
9. Seek feedback from customers regarding the quality of skill programs and customer service experience
10. Compile feedback for analysis and continuous improvement
11. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
12. Keep detailed records of customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions
13. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
