About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the end-to-end hiring process and projects.
2. Manage and maintain employee records, and prepare HR documents.
3. Organise and implement employee wellness programs.
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
5. Track and oversee office management administrator tasks, office requirements, and supplies.
6. Manage and monitor the HR repository and insurance processes.
7. Coordinate with external vendors in relation to employee wellness initiatives.

Internship Training Period: This lasts for 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your performance, intent, ability, and dedication. If you are unable to complete your internship 'Training Period' within 8 weeks, we will not be able to continue our association with you thereafter.

Post-Training Internship: The total internship period, including training, lasts for a minimum of 6 months. This duration is mandatory to be eligible for an FTE, PPO offer, or even an internship certificate.

Internshala Application period: 2nd to 10th Dec 2024
Assignment submission: 5 - 7 days from the date of receiving assignments
Interviews: 15th Dec to 23th Dec 2024
Release of Internship offer letter (for selected candidates): 25th -27th Dec 2024
Date of joining - 01st January 2025.
