Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS-Excel and MS Word
3. Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientations
4. Create and update monthly payroll and attendance register
5. Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations
6. Handle general HR administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and answering employee inquiries
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
