1. Must have a bachelor's degree in graphic design/illustration or related field
2. Must have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
3. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
4. Must have strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
5. Must have a portfolio of their work
