About the internship
We are looking for a industry relations and outreach intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about career services, corporate relations, and talent partnerships. As an intern, you will play a key role in fostering corporate partnerships, coordinating strategic engagements with top agencies and brands, and contributing to student career development. This opportunity will provide hands-on industry experience while allowing you to expand your professional network.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Corporate business development:
a. Assist in identifying and developing new corporate partnerships.
b. Support the management and retention of existing employer relationships.
2. Stakeholder engagement & networking:
a. Help engage with industry stakeholders and expand our professional network.
b. Assist in organizing networking events, workshops, and employer-led sessions.
3. Career event coordination:
a. Support the planning and execution of career fairs, recruitment drives, and employer engagement events.
b. Assist in managing logistics for company presentations and student interaction sessions.
4. Job placement & mentorship support:
a. Help connect students with relevant industry opportunities, job placements, and mentorship programs.
b. Assist in guiding students through the placement process and employer interactions.
5. Database & records management:
a. Maintain and update databases of employer contacts, industry partnerships, and placement records.
