Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Assist in talent sourcing by finding new talent and updating profiles.
4. Track data by monitoring campaign performance and compiling reports.
5. Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
6. Manage the database by updating the influencer and talent database.
7. Handle administrative tasks, including contract management and follow-ups.
8. Build relationships by assisting in communication with influencers and talents.
9. Support events by helping at industry events and networking opportunities.
