Influencer Marketing Internship

About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to assist in executing influencer-driven campaigns. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
+Research and identify relevant influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
+Outreach and negotiate collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
+Assist in developing influencer campaign strategies, content guidelines, and briefs.
+Track campaign performance using engagement metrics, conversions, and ROI analysis.
+Manage influencer databases and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.
+Monitor industry trends, competitor collaborations, and emerging platforms for new opportunities.
+Coordinate influencer-generated content for brand social media, website, and ads.
+Assist in contract management, payment coordination, and deliverables tracking.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
+Understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing platforms, and campaign analytics.
+Experience with influencer discovery tools like Upfluence, AspireIQ, or HypeAuditor.
+Basic knowledge of paid collaborations, barter deals, and affiliate marketing.
+Familiarity with Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, and TikTok Creator Dashboard.
+Strong communication and negotiation skills.
