As an influencer onboarding executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding social media influencers to collaborate with our brand.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify social media influencers who align with our brand values and target audience
2. Develop and execute outreach campaigns to recruit influencers to collaborate with our brand
3. Negotiate contracts and compensation packages with influencers and ensure that all contractual obligations are met
4. Manage the onboarding process for new influencers, including coordinating content creation, scheduling posts, and providing guidelines and resources
5. Provide ongoing support and communication with influencers to maintain positive relationships and maximize campaign performance
6. Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Strong organizational and project management skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
