Information Technology Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and related equipment
2. Manage an IT asset tracking system to ensure assets are accurately tracked throughout their lifecycle
3. Coordinate with IT and procurement departments to ensure all purchased assets are properly recorded and inventoried
4. Perform regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements and company policies
5. Assist in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures for IT asset management
6. Provide reports and analysis on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and compliance issues
7. Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for IT asset procurement and upgrades
8. Coordinate the disposal of obsolete or decommissioned assets in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations
9. Serve as the point of contact for vendors and suppliers regarding asset purchases, warranties, and service agreements
