Information Technology Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop internal software tools for the company
2. Operate, provision, maintain and troubleshoot all aspects and components of the network
3. Develop small programs in a time-bound manner, as and when required
4. Participate in professional activities to keep abreast of technical development within the Telecommunications field
5. Provide reports to network operations manager on network performance, capacity, growth, and engineering analysis
6. Assisting network architect with design and implementation of new network elements & products
7. Develop network documentation, methods of procedure, standard operating procedures and schedules as required
8. Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization
9. Improve processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and review technological health and stability
10. Work on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining
