About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.
3. Assisting in the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
4. Helping manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
5. Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
6. Performing routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
7. Documenting IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
8. Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
9. Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
10. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding information security and data privacy.
