Information Technology Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
2. Assisting with hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.
3. Providing technical support to staff.
4. Maintaining and updating IT documentation.
5. Supporting network and system maintenance tasks.
6. Setting up new computers, laptops, networks, and software.
7. Providing support to staff by answering phone calls or chats, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests.
8. Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses.
9. Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
