Information Technology Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Installing & configuring the company s computer hardware operating systems and applications
2. Maintaining and monitoring computer networks and systems
3. Logging the queries of customers and employees
4. Analyzing call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends
5. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
6. Testing and evaluating new technologies
7. Performing electrical safety checks on the company s computer equipment
8. Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion
9. Following instructions in order to set up a system or fix a fault
10. Preparing & maintaining MIS reports on daily, weekly, & monthly metrics
11. Preparing sales data and resolving third party issues (Zomato/Swiggy/Food Panda/Uber Eats)
