About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. You may be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. This could include resolving printer problems, software crashes, or login issues.
2. Setting up new computers, phones, or other devices for employees, ensuring that the necessary software and configurations are in place.
3. Assisting with regular backup procedures to ensure data is safely stored and recoverable in case of a system failure.

The Polo Towers Group Private Limited is a pioneering hospitality group with an interest in hotels, food and beverages, and fast-moving consumer goods. The Polo Towers Group has been set up by Mr. Kishan Tibrewalla (chairman and managing director). Correctly identifying a gap in the northeastern market, he set up Shillong's first and only 4-star hotel, Hotel Polo Towers, in 1991. The group under his leadership has conceptualized, developed, and operated 5 hotels. It also operates 20 food and beverage outlets.

The group currently runs a 4-star hotel in Shillong, a luxury resort in Cherrapunji, both in the picturesque state of Meghalaya in north-eastern India, a luxury hotel in Tura, one Polo Max Hotel in Allahabad, and one more Polo Max Hotel in Jabalpur.
