About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Configuring retail systems with the POS software and other hardware and software infrastructure
2. Ensuring that retail systems are producing accurate information that is being reflected in relevant analytic reports
3. Receiving, logging, and managing calls from internal staff and vendors via telephone and email
4. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
5. Responding promptly to service issues and requests
6. Setting up accounts for new users
7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
8. Maintaining a backup of all systems across the company
