1. Installing & deploying Ubuntu OS deployment and management
2. Maintaining and operating the selected systems
3. Providing backend support for the systems to the internal customer support staff
4. Working on software installation and configuration, applying modules and patches, network security
5. Configuring all Microsoft products like Visual Studio, SQL Server2008, etc.
6. Troubleshooting LAN and WAN Issues
7. Configuring email client MS Outlook, Outlook Express, and Mozilla Thunderbird
8. Creating and modifying interfaces, IP address, ACL, policies, static or dynamic routing, NAT statements, route maps, VPN tunnels
9. Creating VLAN and port channels perform vulnerabilities checks in the network and mitigate the vulnerabilities
10. Designing and/or supporting QOS, MPLS, VLANs multicast solutions
11. Working on Firewall Initialization, address translation (NAT, global, static)
12. Troubleshooting performance issues with the network throughput and latency issues
13. Coordinating with location engineers for installation of network equipments, iOS software deployment, new hardware upgrade
