About Universe Simplified

Universe Simplified Foundation is a registered Mumbai-based non-profit. The organization is setting up low-cost innovation hubs within schools and community centers with a focus on developing innovation and problem-solving skills in children from urban slums and semi-rural areas. The entire curriculum is based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) and projects are executed through hands-on, inquiry-driven, and collaboration-based methods. Our kids have made projects such as a low-cost wheelchair from PVC pipes and cycle tires, a manual washing machine, and a stick for blind people that vibrates on detecting an obstacle.
