Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support various sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from prospective clients promptly.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
