Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
2. Order Processing: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order entries and timely delivery.
3. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system, tracking sales metrics and preparing regular reports.
5. Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
6. Sales Documentation: Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and timely.
7. Inventory Management: Track stock levels and ensure sales team has the necessary products and materials to meet customer needs.
8. Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless sales operations
