Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate sales activities to generate leads and identify potential customers in the local market.
2. Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their jewellery preferences and needs.
3. Present our range of jewellery products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
4. Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing accurate product information and answering any queries they may have.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of our jewellery collections, including the materials, pricing, and design concepts.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to effectively position our products and generate sales opportunities.
7. Update customer records and manage the sales database with accurate and relevant information.
8. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
