About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call potential users from the database to invite them to the platform and provide detailed information.
2. Offer support and assistance to users experiencing difficulties with the platform.
3. Serve as a customer service representative for the platform, address user inquiries, and resolve issues.
4. Maintain a log of calls, user feedback, and support requests for continuous improvement.
5. Follow up with users to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
6. Collaborate with the customer support and marketing teams to improve user experience and engagement.
