About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work to identify and assess customers needs
2. Assist with servicing customers in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer
3. Work to dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads
4. Assist with using internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer
5. Manage to negotiate with leads on behalf of the customer
6. Keep the customers up-to-date on the progress of their account
7. Work to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th Mar'23 and 19th Apr'23

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests
