1. Attend incoming calls from leads and respond to queries on use cases, products and pricing
2. Do sales pitch and convince the leads to buy our products
3. Prepare quotes and send to leads
4. Manage leads/customer information in CRM
5. Follow-up with leads and convert them to customers

Other requirements
1. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Hindi
2. The role requires some amount of technical sales. So knowledge of technologies such as wireless, Internet-of-Things (IoT) and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is important
