Responsibilities: -
1. Offer personalized guidance and support to aspiring pilots regarding admissions requirements, procedures, and timelines for flight training programs.
2. Counsel students and their parents on training courses, effectively converting leads into admissions.
3. Evaluate individuals' qualifications, skills, and career goals to determine suitability for pilot training programs and recommend appropriate pathways.
4. Guide individuals through the application process for flight training programs, including form completion, document collection, and meeting deadlines.
5. Stay updated on changes in aviation regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards related to flight training and pilot licensure.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and admissions outcomes in compliance with confidentiality policies.
