Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
