Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for incoming/outgoing calls & answering the client queries.
2. Handling permanent residency cases/tourist visa for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and many more.
3. Provide consultant services to potential clients who are interested in visa process.
4. Handle client queries via Emails, Telephonic and one-on-one meetings.
5. Regular follow-ups on old and new leads.
6. Delivery of outstanding client service which is a paramount to not only to the success of the case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of the organization.
