Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Search and identify potential clients in the area/country of responsibility
2. Manage the inbound and outbound funnel, do timely follow-ups, and aid the closures
3. Take charge of the lead qualification for inbound leads
4. Complete appropriate research on the prospective client s business and understand their needs
5. Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn and set up meetings with stakeholders
6. Present our company and services to potential customers and nurture relationships with the goal of booking demos
7. Build long-term trusting relationships with existing customers and continuously track customers health to retain them as active customers
8. Identify and realize up-and cross-selling among existing customers
9. Work with targets and KPIs
