4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Fresher or at least 1 year experience in managing and handling inbound leads
2. Excellent communication and active listening skills
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
5. Inside sales experience
6. Inbound call handling experience in the past
7. MBA or 0-1 years of experience in inside sales (preferred)
