As an inside sales intern at J.K. Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. Your role will involve interacting with clients to understand their needs, recommending products or services, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. Your proficiency in spoken English will be essential to effectively communicating with clients and delivering a positive customer experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with clients through phone calls and emails to discuss their wellness goals and recommend suitable products or services
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
3. Actively listen to clients' concerns and provide solutions to address their needs
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales transactions in our CRM system
6. Participate in sales training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in client interaction
7. Assist in creating sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sales target ).
