About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Reach out to on average 25 relevant prospective customers per day.
3. Find prospects from different sources/channels/resources/platforms/social media.
4. Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales to refine outreach strategies and execute campaigns.
5. Communicate the unique value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients in India.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
7. Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
8. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
9. Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with campaigns.
11. Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics and provide regular reports.

Other requirements

1. Internship program highly self-driven and accountable, capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

2. Self-learning on sales automation tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Lusha, and Lemlist and having a basic understanding is preferable.

3. Proficiency in English with the ability to adapt style to match international geographies.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

5. Strong willingness to take up inside sales and lead generation.

6. Strong willingness to operate in a high-expectation environment with a commitment to excellence.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Additional information
