Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Trainee Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and qualify potential students through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
2. Develop a deep understanding of our programs and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective students
3. Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their questions and concerns
4. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information about prospects and leads
5. Conduct follow-up activities to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to enrolled students
6. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students
