Instructional Design (Ed-Tech) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create YouTube video scripts with compelling messages that clearly educate
2. Blend knowledge of instructional design theories to create conceptual learning stories and engaging scripts fit for online users
3. Brainstorm frameworks for interactive videos
4. Edit and proofread scripts and fleshed-out ideas
5. Write scripts for a variety of video types
6. Conceptualize interactive video ideas tailored for a diverse range of video formats
7. Balance entertaining and educational approaches when writing scripts
8. Collaborate with the video/internet team for video production
9. Develop storyboards/teasers for videos

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years experience in script writing
2. Proven background in writing for the web
3. Ability to think creatively and challenge existing frameworks
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
6. Sound understanding of the concepts of instructional design
