Interior Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in project execution, vendor coordination, and client communication. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Assistance & Coordination:
* Support the Project Manager in planning and executing projects.
* Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
* Monitor project progress and help in identifying potential risks.
2. Client Coordination:
* Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
* Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and approvals.
* Ensure timely order confirmations and follow-ups.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate project records, including order lists, approvals, and reports.
* Assist in preparing status reports for internal teams and clients.
* Ensure proper documentation of invoices, POs, and project-related paperwork.
5. Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with design, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
* Assist in managing daily coordination between different departments.
* Ensure smooth handover of projects between different teams.

Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.

Skills:
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
