1. Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles
2. Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
3. Registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture
4. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
5. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
