As an intern - school outreach, you will play a key role in expanding the PULSE Program by reaching out to schools, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating with medical professionals for successful workshop execution.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. School outreach & engagement:
- Research and identify schools for potential collaboration.
- Connect with school principals and administrators via calls, emails, and in-person visits to onboard them for the PULSE Program.
- Explain the program benefits and schedule first aid training sessions.
- Maintain relationships with school representatives and ensure smooth execution of the program.
2. Workshop coordination & execution:
- Coordinate with KIMS Cuddles doctors and trainers for workshop scheduling.
- Ensure all logistics, materials, and training equipment are available for the session.
- Assist in the setup and smooth execution of the workshop at schools.
- Engage with students during the sessions to ensure interactive learning.
- Gather feedback from students and school authorities for program improvement.
3. Reporting & documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of school outreach efforts, scheduled sessions, and student participation.
- Collect feedback and testimonials for impact assessment.
- Assist in preparing reports for program performance analysis.
