About the internship

Guten tag & good day!
We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.
With our senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and interested interns to join us as 'Baristas' & coffee enthusiasts to join us on this journey.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a welcoming, engaging, and friendly environment to all customers.
2. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as specialty coffee.
3. Accurately take customer orders including all preferences.
4. Come up with new recipes for coffee and more.
5. Monitor proper operation of brewing and other food equipment; resolve and/or report any equipment problems promptly for resolution.
6. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
7. Provide customer feedback and responses to new menu items to store management.
8. Learn and stay current on all menu items, ingredients, brewing and preparation methods, and specialty/new items.

Based on your performance review, there is a possibility of considering you for a permanent role in the bakery as a 'Barista'.
