About the internship

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales programs and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
2. Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of sales projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of sales programs with broader company objectives.
5. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
6. Customer Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain customers, including coordinating outreach efforts and customer feedback initiatives.
7. Presentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, and create decks for sales programs, initiatives, and project plans.
