Intern - Talent Acquisition (US IT Recruiter) Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Recruitment: Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for both the US and Canada geographies, demonstrating comprehensive planning
2. Optimized Job Vacancy Placement: Strategically design and post job vacancies across high performing recruitment channels, emphasizing responsiveness, quality, and cost effectiveness
3. Talent Pool Development: Proactively build a robust talent pool by sourcing high-quality candidates for current and anticipated positions, utilizing both active and passive hunting methodologies
4. Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Conduct continuous research to identify and recommend new sources for talent acquisition
5. Strategic Networking Utilization: Harness the power of social and professional networking sites extensively to identify and engage potential talent
6. Efficient Requisition Management: Take charge of managing requisitions and applicants within specified time frames and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
7. Data-Driven Insights: Demonstrate responsibility for MIS reporting and data management, utilizing insights to make informed decisions
8. Business-Critical Recruitment Prioritization: Prioritize and balance recruitment needs in alignment with business criticality, ensuring a strategic approach to talent acquisition
9. Transparent Communication: Regularly communicate progress on assigned job vacancies, offering actionable advice and action plans to close positions within established SLAs
10. Performance Optimization: Provide regular feedback and insights on hiring performance, actively contributing to enhancements in the recruitment process.
