International Business Coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
4. Coordinate between Egypt team & with clients
5. Make travel and accommodation arrangements
6. Tack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
7. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
8. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
9. Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reports
10. Prepare minutes of the meetings conducted
11. Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence
12. Organize and maintain the office filing system
13. Schedule, meeting plans and appointments
14. Prepare relevant content for social media marketing through content writing
15. Handle the company's profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram and the website, on a daily basis
16. Work on brand building activities by incorporating the image as part of corporate strategy and investing in reputation management
17. Work on corporate communication by ensuring clear communication to the correct target audience about the target goals
18. Do preparations for the annual conference as per requirement
