About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Find out about export customers or importers via different online platforms
2. Manage data analysis product-wise, country-wise, customer-wise, etc
3. Communicate and interact with customers via professional email, phone calls, and other digital media
4. Work on digital marketing of products for prospects, customers, etc
5. Find out the domestic supplier or manufacturer of the product
6. Manage and monitor all export/import shipments
7. Work on EXIM document processing and complete banking
8. Handle various INCOTERMS like FOB, ClF, DDP, DDU, Demurrage/Detention, etc.
9. Build relationships with leading shipping forwarders and shipping lines for preferred rates for the company s export markets
10. Update and communicate with customers on the shipment status, documentation, and payments
11. Share analysis and escalate key points on export reports
