About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing Internshala Dashboard by sending invites, and replies to applicants with the relevant information
2. Analyzing responses and giving input to respective HR's
3. Maintaining and improving the performance of existing databases and improving the efficiency of the same
4. Researching and optimizing internship postings efficiency via HRIS metrics
