Investment Banker Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Having exposure to the entire transaction cycle
2. Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial models to assess borrower financial stability and project future performance
3. Reviewing and analyzing loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
4. Working closely with team members to identify and address any discrepancies or missing information
5. Supporting in driving debt raising transactions with support of senior
6. Supporting in front ending a transaction with clients & lenders/investors
7. Being competent in complex financial analysis & financial modeling
