Investment Banking Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform the day-to-day management of transactions
2. Support with the analysis and execution of opportunities, as well as manage the client-level relationships
3. Analyze historical data, including analysis of the past trends and modeling the future scenarios and an appropriate funding strategy
4. Analyze and execute fundraising opportunities
5. Examine and analyze the feasibility of deals/projects taking into account the historic data available
6. Conduct research on relevant sectors and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis
7. Evaluate prospective transactions in terms of valuation, deal structure, terms & conditions
8. Assist in the fundraising process of the transaction by creating information memorandums, financial models, and other required tools of analysis
9. Participate in due diligence meetings with financial institutions and external agencies
10. Coordinate closing activities
11. Nurture existing business relationships with clients through constant engagements
12. Build relations with new clients & external parties through the course of the transaction
