Investor Relations Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain company investor relations strategies
2. Create presentations, press releases, and communication messages, and organize angel/venture capital (VC) investor meetings
3. Oversee the production of all company compliance materials and coordinate with the finance team to respond to due diligence requests from potential investors
4. Oversight and provide recommendations on investor relations materials such as but not limited to the term sheet
5. Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics, differentiation, and revenue modeling
6. Develop and monitor performance metrics along with operations and sales team coordination
7. Develop and nurture a team for the investor relations function

About you:

1. MBA/PGDM with specialization in finance
2. Keen interest in startup ecosystem and investment dynamics
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Skilled in Excel and keen interest in doing financial modeling for the new age business
5. Entrepreneurial interest in the investment relations domain
